If you share your pay with us (the job, the level, the company, where you work, your experience and what you are paid), we use it only to publish anonymous pay figures for the testing community.

• Your salary is never shown with your name and never appears on your profile.
• An admin reviews each salary before it counts. Only admins can see who shared it, and only to keep out spam and mistakes.
• Public figures are shown only for groups of at least 5 salaries, and individual anonymous records only for groups of at least 30, so that no one can be picked out.
• We never ask for pay slips, offer letters or other documents.
• You can delete any salary you shared at any time, from your dashboard. It is removed for good, and so is everything we recorded about its review. Deleting your account deletes them all.
